Natural Forest Section
This section investigates into the dynamics of major natural forest
types of Nepal . In this connection, the section has been carrying out
research of major forest types of Nepal .
Objectives
- To identify appropriate management options in natural forests for community based forest resource management and national forests of Nepal
- To address forestry issues of local people through Participatory Action Research (PAR); and
- To identify implications of active forest management in community forestry.
