The Information Section is responsible for publishing and disseminating forestry research results produced by the Department of Forest Research and Survey. It also accepts materials form other organisations and individuals for inclusion in the forestry journal- Banko Janakari.

Objectives

The main objective of this Section is to publish and disseminate forestry research information to various levels of audiences.

Human Resource

Assistant Research Officer (GO III) heads the section. Other staff include one Ranger (NG I) and one Computer Operator (NG I)
